private event booking info
our building is available to rent hourly with a 3 hour booking minimum for most private events (booking time includes any setup & breakdown time necessary for your event).
we work with a number of local, preferred vendors who are familiar with our space, but if you have your own favorite caterers, licensed bartenders, florists, etc. feel free to loop them in! to ensure your event goes smoothly from setup to cleanup, we just ask that you connect your vendors with us so we can iron out the logistics together!
all private events are BYOB.
what's included in your booking?
- private use of the building: the café space, access to the bar & select equipment (refrigerators, ice machine, sinks), the front room (approximately 1200 sq feet), bathrooms & common areas;
- up to (3) 20 minute calls or meetings with our in-house events coordinator to plan menus, seating arrangements, event setup timelines & any other details you have in mind;
- a member of our staff onsite for the entirety of your event;
- post-event cleaning in the space.

- coffee & espresso service for your guests.
