all of our classes are intentionally designed to be doable whether you're a complete beginner or you've been taking that format for years. just let your instructor know you're new to it so they can get you set up + comfortable before class!

yes, single classes expire in 1 month, 5 + 10 class packs in 3 months, 25 class packs in 6 months.

most of the parking throughout town is metered with hours from 9am-9pm for paid parking. street parking is available along haddon ave or in the parking lot behind our building (underneath the big blue water towers). 

just bring yourself & a bottle of water! we have sweat towels available to borrow, all equipment/props are provided for classes & we have a number of yoga mats to borrow for mat-based classes (but feel free to BYO if you prefer). wear comfortable clothes that you can move/sweat in. 

if you have cycling shoes (SPD or LOOK delta), bring those! all of our bikes are SPD compatible & half of them are compatible with the LOOK delta cleats as well. no cycling shoes? no problem. sneakers with a firm sole are perfect.

looking for a fun way to celebrate with your favorite people? book a private fitness party for any celebration! we'll handle the planning, the setup and the cleanup. all you need to do is show up, ready to move & ready to party!

each fitness party booking includes:
- a private class for up to 20 people
- one hour in our cozy café to hang out and connect after class
- bubbly for your crew
